Refund Policy

Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew.
- Because the free trial lets you use the full Service before you pay, payments are not refundable, with these exceptions:
- you were charged by mistake, or charged twice for the same period;
- the Service was unavailable for a significant part of the paid period because of a problem on our side. We measure this against our target of publishing at least 99% of selected pins within 10 minutes of their scheduled time;
- the law that applies to you requires a refund.
- Outside these cases we may still refund a payment at our discretion. If something went wrong, email support@sellerpost.app before contacting your bank, and we will look at it.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
