Subprocessors

Sellerpost uses the service providers below to run the Service. Each one receives only the data it needs for the job listed. This list matches section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
Providers
- Vercel: hosting. It serves the website and the app, so it handles the requests you make, including your IP address and device information. Location: United States (Washington, D.C., area). Pages are delivered through its worldwide network, from a point close to you.
- Supabase: database, authentication and file storage. It holds your account data, the products, photos and brand settings you add, your content plans and drafts, and the connected-platform data described in the Privacy Policy. Location: United States (Northern Virginia).
- Inngest: background jobs. It runs scheduled work, such as publishing a pin at its planned time, and receives the identifiers needed to do that. Location: United States.
- Resend: email. It receives your email address and the content of the emails we send you. Location: United States.
- Anthropic: AI. It receives the product details, product photos and brand settings used to draft content. It never receives Pinterest data, and your data is not used to train or fine-tune any AI model. Location: United States.
- Lemon Squeezy: payments, as our merchant of record. It receives the payment and billing details you enter at checkout. We never receive your full card details. Location: United States.
- Sentry: error tracking. It receives error reports, which can include your IP address and device information. We remove cookies and the content of your requests from these reports before they are sent. Location: European Union (Germany).
- Cloudflare: domain name service for sellerpost.app, and forwarding of the email you send to support@sellerpost.app. It handles those emails in transit and does not keep them. Location: its worldwide network; the company is in the United States.
- Google: the Gmail inbox that receives email sent to support@sellerpost.app. It holds those emails and our replies. Location: United States and Google's other data centers.
Platforms you connect
Pinterest, and any store you connect, are not our service providers. We send them data only when you ask us to, for example the pins you choose to publish.
Where data is processed
We are based in Israel, and most of the providers above process data in the United States. The location of each one is in the list above. Section 8 of our Privacy Policy explains how transfers between countries are protected.
