Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sellerpost (the "Service"), provided by Mohamad Eyadat, a sole proprietor registered in Israel ("we", "us"). You accept them by ticking the acceptance box when you create your account, or on the acceptance screen if you sign in with Google. We record the version you accepted. If you use the Service for a business, you accept on behalf of that business.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps online sellers plan and create organic social media content. It uses the product information and photos you provide to suggest content plans and draft pins. You choose each pin before it is scheduled. We then publish the pins you chose to your connected Pinterest account at the times shown, and show you their performance.

The Service does not run paid advertising and does not create likes, follows, comments or any other engagement.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
  • Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content and your responsibilities

  • You keep all rights to the photos, product information and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to store, process, adapt and publish Your Content only to provide the Service to you.
  • You confirm you have the rights to Your Content, and that your product claims are true.
  • You review and choose every pin before it is published. You are responsible for the pins you choose and for following the rules of each platform you connect, including Pinterest's terms and community guidelines.
  • AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes. Check them before you choose them.

4. Connected platforms

  • You connect your Pinterest account (and, when available, your store) through the platform's official authorization screen. We never ask for your platform passwords.
  • You can disconnect a platform at any time. Pins scheduled for that platform are put on hold, and we stop accessing its data. If you reconnect the same account, they resume.
  • The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest, Etsy or any other platform. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • publish spam, misleading claims, or content that infringes anyone's rights;
  • publish illegal content or content that breaks a platform's rules;
  • attempt to access another customer's data, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • resell the Service without our written permission;
  • use characters, brands or artwork you are not licensed to use, or adult content;
  • link pins to anything other than your own store pages, or use link shorteners or redirects.

We may hold content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Report abuse to support@sellerpost.app.

6. Plans, trial and payment

  • Plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.
  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. One trial per Pinterest account and per store.
  • When a trial ends without a paid plan, content generation and publishing pause. Scheduled pins are held for 30 days and resume if you subscribe in that time.
  • If a renewal payment fails, publishing continues while our payment provider retries the payment (about two weeks). If it still fails, publishing pauses until you update your payment method.
  • Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Their terms apply to the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, depending on the plan you choose, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Connected platforms may change or limit their APIs, which can affect features. We may change the Service; we will give notice of material changes that reduce what you pay for.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise any particular traffic, sales or results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. You then have 7 days to change your mind. After that, your subscription is cancelled and we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. We delete our copy of your connected-platform access tokens immediately; you can also remove the app in your Pinterest or Etsy settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Haifa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not remove any rights that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here. For material changes, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect and ask you to accept them again.
